Refund Policy
Shoalcheck is sold through Paddle, the merchant of record.
- First purchase, any plan: full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
- Renewals: full refund within 7 days of the renewal charge.
- How: email support@shoalcheck.com with the purchase email or transaction ID. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
- What happens to keys: an approved refund ends the subscription, so no further keys are issued. Keys work offline, so a key already issued keeps running until its short expiry.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period outside the windows above.
- Statutory rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.
